This project is primarily intended to provide legal assistance to Portuguese emigrants living in France in dealing with their personal affairs and property in Portugal. It is the result of a partnership, already some years of legal practice in these matters, between a French-Portuguese lawyer with offices in France (Lyon and Oyonnax) and a Portuguese law firm with offices in Porto.
The main focus of this partnership is related to all legal treatment of inheritances and partitions, as well as all patrimonial and personal relations related to inheritance law, providing Portuguese emigrants in France with a better and better assistance in the treatment of their affairs in Portugal.
