Required Documentation
– Death certificate of the deceased
– Copy of identification document of the deceased
– Birth certificate of the deceased
– Marriage certificate of the deceased
– Certified copy of the certificate of inheritance
– Copy of identification documents of all heirs and respective spouses with indication of current addresses
– Birth certificates of the heirs
Remarks
– If the client(s) do not have copies of the documents referred to above, these may be processed by our law firm under conditions to be agreed upon
– All legal services will be subject to the issuance of a power of attorney and a legal services agreement which will indicate the amounts to be charged as fees and expenses, as well as the conditions under which services will be rendered to the client
– The legal services will start upon receipt of the power of attorney and the service agreement signed by the client(s), as well as upon payment of the stated provision for expenses and fees agreed upon between the parties
